Katie joined the ISU – The Stratton Agency team in February 2020 as a licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration earned in 2010 at the University of Oregon. She has 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting off as a Claims Adjuster in 2012. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her first child, who was born in June of 2020, watching movies, playing with her dog and crafting.
