Brian started in the insurance business in 2000 and by 2008, he received the Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) national designation. He owned, with his father, Lackey Insurance Agency until 2013, when he joined forces with Michael Stratton and ISU-The Stratton Agency. Brian is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health.
Brian’s post high school education included studying Agriculture Business Management at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. With this education and having owned and operated his own small farm, he has a good knowledge of business, ranching and farming. His primary expertise is selling commercial and farm insurance with an emphasis in risk management. In 2015, Brian was nominated by his peers and received Agent of the Year awarded by the Professional Insurance Agents of Oregon/Idaho.
