    Mike is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Financial Planner. He has been in the Insurance and Financial Services business since 1984. Mike's passion is helping people develop comprehensive business and personal plans, and developing lifelong relationships to help maintain them.
    Prior to the insurance business Mike spent 13 years in the Aviation Business.
    Mike has been very active over the years in his Church, Community Service and in his Industries Professional Associations.
    Mike & his wife Loy have four grown and married children and 10 grandchildren. He enjoys flying, boating, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, walking and spending time with his family and friends.

    Agency Operations Manager

    Has over 21 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services business. Since joining Mike in the agency in January of 1990, Loy has had experience in virtually every area of the business. Today her focus is on Agency Management and Accounting. Loy is a people person who enjoys working with Clients and the Staff at the Agency.
    Loy has been married to her husband Mike for 32 years. Together they have 4 grown married Children and have been blessed with 10 Grandchildren.
    Over the years Loy has enjoyed involvement in her church. There is nothing she likes more than to spend time with her Children, Grandchildren, family and friends.

    Todd was raised on a Ranch in NW South Dakota. He is married with two college aged children.
    Prior to the insurance business Todd owned and operated Round-Up City Dodge.
    He is a member of the Pendleton City Club. Todd is also a "Leadership Pendleton" Graduate.

    Tom handles all Personal Auto, Home, ATV, RV, and Umbrella Insurance.
    He coaches a Little League Baseball Team and has coached an All Star Baseball Team as well.

    Jon enjoys being active in the Agriculture Community. His experience and knowledge help him meet the needs of today's Agribusiness.
    He is a member of the Farm Financial Standards Council. Jon is also passionate about helping businesses define, manage and meet their objectives.
    Jon is married and has one son. He enjoys playing drums for his Church's worship band. In his spare time he enjoys camping, traveling, hunting with family, and keeping up with his busy son.

    Janelle was raised in Pendleton. She went to college in Kansas and Iowa, where she met her husband of 18 years. They have a 7 year old daughter and an 11 year old son who are involved in many activities which keep them busy.
    She enjoys scrapbooking in her spare time.

    Executive Assistant

    Debbie and her family moved to Pendleton in September of 2005. She has been married to her husband, Randy, for 31 years. They have two kids who are both married and have blessed them with two grandchildren.
    She joined Stratton Insurance in January of 2006 as the Executive Assistant and works on the Life, Securities, LTC and Disability side of the business.
    Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time at the coast, fishing, hunting, and spending time with her family.

    Employee Benefit Specialist

    Dede has lived in Pendleton for the last 8 years and enjoyed being a stay at home Mom while her children were young.
    She joined the team at ISU - The Stratton Agency in January of 2010 and has enjoyed working in the Employee Benefits side of the business.
    Dede worked as a restaurant manager and a tax preparer in Grants Pass, Oregon for several years prior to working for the Stratton Agency.
    Her hobbies include golf and anything outdoors.

  • Debi Lunceford

    Licensed Administrative Assistant

    Debi was born in Yakima, WA., where she raised her daughter, taught dance and had her own DJ service for several years. She also worked in the securities business for 25 of those years with IDS Financial Services, Smith Barney and RBC Wealth Management.
    Debi and her husband moved to Pendleton in 2007 and then to Portland in 2008. In 2009 she found herself with an opportunity to return to Pendleton to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren.
    She joined ISU-The Stratton Agency in May 2010 helping individuals and families find affordable health insurance.
